Here at Valley Collision we have highly skilled professionals to answer all of your questions and concerns about the restoration of your vehicle. We will guide you through every step of the repair process and be happy to answer any questions. The following is a list of the most frequently asked questions concerning vehicle repair. We work on most domestic and foreign cars with few exceptions. Generally we work on cars ten years or newer but look at each vehicle on a case-by-case basis. If parts are available and the vehicle is in good shape we will probably work on one that is as old as fifteen years.
Yes. We specialize in collision repairs, but we do some custom work depending on what the customer is looking for. If we feel that we can meet or exceed your expectations, we will do custom work, and complete paint jobs. As a rule, we will not repair something that we cannot guarantee, so all custom work and complete paint jobs will be done correctly, no shortcuts allowed!
Yes, for as long as you own your car. In fact, if we repair your car under an insurance company’s direct repair program, they will also guarantee the repairs, should you move out of the area.
Every accident situation is different of course. But our estimators use very sophisticated systems to estimate the extent of the damage to your car. From there, it's a fairly routine matter to estimate the cost of the repairs and how long the repairs will take. However, it's important to keep in mind that once the repair process begins, previously undetectable conditions may be revealed. This may require additional repair time. This rarely happens, but if it does, you'll be notified immediately by your customer service representative. In fact, your rep will contact you as often as you like to update you on the status of your vehicle.

Our technicians are extremely well trained in the use of state-of-the-art repair equipment and methods, ensuring that your vehicle will be returned to its pre-accident condition. Obviously, that doesn't mean it will be like new, since it wasn't new when the accident occurred.

We use OEM parts every opportunity we get. Most insurance companies require the use of LKQ (like, kind & quality) on vehicles two years or older when they are available. If in the event the parts are available but not of like, kind & quality, we will not use them.
